The view here is from room 1001, but the hotel feels old and dated throughout. I had to move rooms because the AC wasn't cooling, then clean its filter myself. At this price, you can find somewhere better. Skip it unless the rate comes down to match the condition.

The room was shabby and old, and breakfast was mediocre, served at room temperature even though it was presented as a buffet. The service was excellent, and the location worked perfectly for me.

The carpeted hallways and natural wood style feel really dated now. I can imagine the building was beautiful 30-40 years ago, but it needs updating.

The room itself had several problems: the TV didn't work, the air-conditioner needs serious maintenance (16 degrees felt like 26), and the toilet wouldn't flush properly. Nails were sticking out of the floorboard, and my wife cut her foot on one. Three AC units on our balcony also made it impossible to use. The pool was a disgrace, and the dining area was absolutely filthy. Our free breakfast wasn't fit for an animal, the dining room workers seemed inexperienced, and there were no clean plates or cutlery available. This was a terrible place to stay, a waste of money. Spend yours somewhere else.

At 5 am I could hear whatever the people in the adjoining room were doing, because the king-size rooms share a door with another room. The receptionist hadn't warned guests, and the manager hadn't instructed them to do so. The lack of professionalism was incredible. I would have changed hotels if I couldn't get a room without disturbing noise.
