Saksupha Resort

The flower field and atmosphere are lovely. This place is so large that it makes more sense for a big group staying overnight. I found it too quiet with just a few people, but it could be a nice spot to reunite with all your college friends.

The free breakfast was better than I expected, and you can ask for more until you're full. Resort guests can also visit the flower field at no charge. It's beautiful once the flowers are fully open, later in the morning. Our old room was a different story. The water heater, refrigerator, and two downlights were broken, the beds were dirty, and the air conditioner was very noisy. Staff managed to fix only the lights and offered another room, but with all our luggage and the rain turning the walkways muddy, we decided to stay put. The resort has both newer and older rooms, so try to get one of the newer ones. The rates felt high for the room and facilities. At checkout, the owner initially wanted to charge the full price, but after we complained, she waived the remaining fee. Parking seemed to be available anywhere. In rainy weather, though, some areas are hard to walk through because the paths get so muddy.

The property is green and pleasant, but the room was only so-so. It may not suit a group with high expectations.

I came to see the flower garden, but it was overhyped. It's small, poorly maintained, and full of mosquitoes. Entry costs 30 baht, and the resort is far inside.
