We stayed four days, and the rooms were clean. The price was affordable, and having a small balcony gave us a relaxing place to sit after a day out. It’s in a quiet residential area, so it didn’t disturb our sleep, while the main tourist spots were easy to get to by motorbike. One staff member we met during a late check-in was especially helpful and dependable. The others came across as a bit rude, though maybe it was a language barrier, since even basic English was hard to communicate in. Still, we were satisfied and grateful for the hospitality.

I was looking for an apartment close to midnight and could only book by phone because I don’t have a bank card. On my first call, a staff member answered and said they didn’t speak English. I called again right away after finding a Thai person to help me, but nobody picked up. So they lost a potential customer, and I’m still searching for somewhere available near midnight.

The hotel itself is clean and well kept, but I had a terrible experience with the people running it. They canceled my Booking reservation and still charged me a higher price. They also kept the deposit, giving reasons like a stain or checking out a few minutes late. The location is close to the market, but far from almost everything else, with beaches 30-60 minutes away. I wouldn’t give them my money. There are better places elsewhere, and I’m reporting this to Booking.

Our top-floor room had plenty of space and a balcony, and the complex was really nice. The location worked for us, though it might not suit everyone. You can walk to Phuket old town in about 40 minutes or take a 5-minute taxi, and there’s a 7/11 and weekend market within a couple of minutes on foot. We asked the hotel to help us rent scooters, but they only gave us a phone number, and we had no Thai phone to call the company. I’d still recommend the place.
