The mattress was completely worn and uneven, and sleeping on it was painful. Even with the low rates, 350 Baht on weekdays and 400 Baht on weekends, plus a clean room, nice staff, and a small fridge, I wouldn't return because of that bed.

For 350b, this was fine. The bed was decent, the walls seemed to keep sound down enough, and the air con, hot shower, and WiFi all worked. You can park right outside your door. I did wonder about the rooms being marketed for 'short stay' guests, but we didn't notice any problems from that.

The rooms, service, and location are all good. My one request is better WiFi. The phone signal is poor around the accommodation, so stronger coverage throughout the property would make a big difference. Please consider improving it.
