For 450 baht, you get a double bed, air conditioning, a water heater, TV, and a refrigerator, which feels like a good deal. The rooms were clean, and there’s plenty of parking behind the building. The owner was especially friendly. 29/12/68

The place was covered in mold, and the room was filthy. The mattress was dirty enough to make my back itch. The air conditioner didn’t work, water drained very slowly, and the Wi-Fi had no signal. I couldn’t watch TV either. Awful.

The air conditioning worked really well, and there’s a roomy parking lot. Liquid soap is supplied, but the towels are thin and don’t soak up much. The stairs are narrow and steep.
