The staff made check-in easy and welcomed us when we arrived. Our first room wasn't what we wanted, but they moved our bags to another floor without any trouble. We had a late lunch at the restaurant, and both the food and service were excellent. The staff were great.

The breakfast was barely adequate, though the rest of the hotel made a good impression. It feels very new, and everything was spotless. I especially liked the huge carved wooden bed. Our room was spacious, with a good shower and a big balcony overlooking the area behind the hotel. It's tucked down a quiet lane, so nights were peaceful. There was plenty of parking out front, and the town centre is only a few minutes away by car.

I slept really well here, thanks to the comfortable bed, and the spacious room was impeccably clean. The thoughtful design also made it feel welcoming and a bit luxurious. Chunlee Grand Hotel has elegant Chinese-style décor and a distinctive wood atmosphere. I had a wonderful stay in Korat and would highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting.

The breakfast was really tasty, and I could manage basic communication in English. The staff were especially friendly and beautiful. It's handy to get around by taxi, with Central Plaza, Terminal 21, and Yamo Market between the hotel and its central location. Great value for the cost.
