NTY House (Suite Room)

We’re not concerned about the marijuana fine, but the TV in the room was broken. You should have moved me to another room instead of charging me both the fine and the rent. When I said I wanted to return the room, I shouldn’t have had to pay rent. Terrible! @Near Save One Market.

The location was good, but the lit alley was still dark, especially around the entrance shown at the beginning of the video. It could feel scary if you’re traveling alone, and you might find yourself hurrying through it. I’m not sure whether the rooms are checked before guests arrive. I checked in one evening, left my things, and went shopping at Save One. I didn’t mention the smell right away because I thought it might go away while I was out eating and shopping late. When I came back, the room still smelled extremely musty. I couldn’t tell if it was the wood, linens, bed, bathroom, or something else. Since it was late, I put up with it and felt bad about bothering anyone. I slept with a runny nose from the strong smell. It was still there at checkout the next day, though I was starting to get used to it, haha. A staff member checked the room but didn’t say or ask anything, returned my deposit, and I left. Please check rooms carefully before guests arrive, and have air freshener spray or gel available. I didn’t ask for any myself, but the staff preparing the room should have noticed the smell. Please address it and improve things. I had a headache for almost a week after getting home. Booking through their Facebook page also felt rushed. Maybe I need a little time to decide on a room :-) Thank you.

A nice place to relax while visiting Save One Market.

Save One Market is within walking distance, and the room was a decent size. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, parking was limited, and noise came through because the room wasn’t soundproof.
