This is an old Guesthouse, not a hotel, and you need a vehicle because there’s no public transport. The room wasn’t Deluxe. When I showed the maid my booking, she didn’t know they had deluxe rooms. There’s coffee, a water kettle and a hair dryer. The walls are thin, so I could hear the next room. The bathroom smelled like sewer the whole time, which was really uncomfortable. The maid said sewer odor comes after rain, but I think it smells all the time.

Our stay was good. The staff were smiley and friendly, and the room was big enough and really clean. I can recommend Ruen Aiyara for a trip to Korat.

I’ve stayed here 2-3 times while passing through in the evenings, and I’m very impressed. The rooms are spacious, the owner provides excellent service, and the price is affordable. Restaurants are nearby, and there’s a shortcut to Save One Market. My only complaint is that there aren’t any small trash cans. Otherwise, everything is superb, full marks!

I stayed for 20 days and the price I got was really good. The place was clean, and the staff were kind and happy to help with whatever I needed. They even brought me plates when I didn't have any.

At 490 baht, it felt like a very fair deal. The room was roomy, the bed comfortable rather than hard, and the air conditioning kept things cool. There’s parking too. I’d call ahead to make sure a room is available, and I’ll definitely stay here again.
