The apartments are new and clean, and the staff are friendly. Monthly rent is a good deal. It helps to know some basic Thai, though, since the staff don’t understand much English.

The owner was very nice, and the staff were helpful. I come back whenever I’m in Korat. It’s clean, quiet, and convenient, and the price is really cheap for what you get.
