I booked with the owner through Facebook Messenger, and the price was very reasonable. I loved that it was dog-friendly, with parking beside the accommodation, just off the main road. The fairly new AC worked really well, as did the TV and fridge. But there wasn’t much space to walk the dogs, so I had to pick up poop from the concrete. The guests next door were very loud between 3:00 and 5:00 in the morning. The plastic cups were cracked and couldn’t hold liquid, and the Wi-Fi was pretty slow. Still, it’s a great option for an inexpensive overnight with pets, especially on the way from Bangkok to Chiang Mai.

The room was clean and about average, with cold air conditioning and hot water. The soft bed might not work for someone with back pain. Rates start at 500 for a second-floor room and 550 downstairs; parking is included, or 580 if you want to park next to the room. Sound carries through the rooms, so noisy people coming and going can make the stay unpleasant if you're unlucky.

Hot water and cold AC, and the room was clean enough, pretty average otherwise. Beds are soft, though probably not a good fit if you have back pain. Prices start at 500 upstairs and 550 downstairs. Parking is included, and parking right beside the room costs 580.
