THE Plug Hotel I BIZ Avenue

I’ve stayed here on both of my trips to Thailand over the past two years. The location and breakfast are what I love, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby.

The location was convenient, but the room wasn’t clean, despite the good reviews we’d read. It was also noisy, with traffic and sounds from other rooms making it hard to relax. The day shift front desk staff member, Por, was the most disappointing part. She didn’t greet us properly or smile, and gave my girlfriend a strange look that made us both uncomfortable. The woman working the evening shift was friendly and smiling, which we appreciated. We’d expected more from the reviews, and this stay didn’t meet our expectations. I hope management takes the feedback seriously and improves cleanliness and staff training.

My room was clean and stylish, with comfortable bedding, high-speed Wi-Fi, essential amenities, and a cozy feel. The décor gave it a trendy but relaxing look. From the moment I arrived, I got a warm smile and professional service that made me feel at home. It was a refreshing stay, with a nice balance of modern comfort and personal hospitality. I’d recommend The Plug Hotel to anyone looking for a clean, modern, welcoming place. It really is a hidden gem that lives up to its name.
