We had a quiet, clean room on the 18th floor with a great view, a comfortable bed, and air conditioning that worked very well. The property was great all around, the staff were friendly, and we appreciated the direct mall access. Breakfast was good, and the onsite launderette with free detergent was especially handy. The one thing I'd improve is the shower temperature, which kept shifting between lukewarm and hot, as happens in many places in Thailand. I'd stay here again.

The room was clean and had a splendid city view, and the breakfast was tasty. We arrived late at night, but the staff were welcoming and helpful from check-in. The hotel exceeded my expectations, and I'll certainly return on my next visit. Khun Ekkaphol Duangsawat is a great Sales Manager. We've contacted him for advice about meetings and business trips, and he's always been helpful and accommodating with our requests. We'll definitely come back to this hotel.

The mall is designed like an airport, with floors themed around cities such as London, Paris, and Tokyo. We passed Big Ben and the Eiffel Tower, as well as bronze figures including Churchill and Sherlock Holmes. It's cleverly done. Since the mall doesn't serve alcohol, we had a beer or two in our room before going up to the Pier 21 food court. At 9.00pm most stalls were closed, so we ate at the hotel just before its restaurant closed too. The food was good, and my Thai green curry with sticky rice was delicious, with enough for two. Centre Point Hotel Terminal 21 Korat is right inside Terminal 21, making things very easy. It's clean, modern, and high tech, and reception gave us a genuinely warm welcome. A little robot glided in with our welcome drink, which was great fun and oddly memorable. Our room was spacious and spotless, with a huge extra size king bed that was very comfortable. It had tea and coffee facilities, two complimentary bottles of water, and a large fridge. The bathroom had a separate shower cubicle, the usual toiletries, and a very high tech toilet. Google Gemini AI later told me it was a TOTO Washlet. I'll leave the details there, but it's an interesting bit of kit. We enjoyed the stay enough to turn our one night into two, and we'd happily come back.

I was only here for one night, but the hotel and its staff impressed me. I needed to leave early the next morning, and they had a very nice breakfast package ready for me to pick up at reception. Parking is in Terminal 21, where a hotel employee opens your reserved space. The room was good, and everything was clean and in good condition. I'd definitely stay again.
