Casa Foresta Nan

The hosts were incredibly kind and gave us lots of support and recommendations. We’ll definitely come back when we’re in Nan again. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and nicely designed, and the outside is gorgeous. Everything about the place was amazing.

It took a little effort to find, but it was worth it. The place is secluded and quiet, with stylish, very clean accommodation. The owner is welcoming and clearly runs a high-quality stay. Make time for Lykke coffee shop too, it’s also high quality.

The host was friendly, polite, and helpful from the start, and we enjoyed our stay from the first moments. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and everything worked well. It’s in a calm, peaceful area. Absolutely recommend it.

If you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs. There are morning nature sounds, including roosters and birds, though I sleep lightly and did fine with earplugs. You’ll also want a car or scooter since Casa Foresta is outside the center, but the owner kindly arranged a scooter rental for us, so it was easy. The place itself was one of the highlights of our Northern Thailand trip. The owners were some of the kindest, sweetest, and most helpful people we’ve met, and the whole atmosphere was lovely. There’s an artisanal coffee bar on site with some of the best coffee, matcha, and pastries in Nan. Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated, cosy, and comfortable. Casa Foresta is in a peaceful spot just outside the city, which made it a great base for exploring Nan and nearby areas. I’d return in a heartbeat.
