The seminar rooms come in several sizes, the facilities were in great condition, and the staff were extremely helpful. I found coordination easy and the team quite responsive. My room had no natural light or window, which made me a bit uncomfortable. The snack break was good, though some meals were just okay; coffee and tea were free-flow, and I loved the flower tea. I’ve used the hotel for seminars, dinner buffets, and regular stays, and it’s great value for both rooms and events. The décor is unusual, with loud colors and heavy furniture, but it somehow works. My room was huge and sparkling clean, with plenty of space. I especially liked the closet and bathroom, and the highway view was cool. The mattress was much too hard, and there weren’t enough sockets, so I asked the hotel for an extension. Breakfast is mostly Thai food with a decent range. The Thai lunch and dinner I specially ordered were worth it, really delicious and made with nice ingredients. Staff kept replenishing the buffet, so it felt like a proper buffet. It’s outside Bangkok but close by, convenient for DMK airport or getting to the north of Bangkok. Coming from Bangkok in the evening takes longer because of a big U-turn. All in all, good value.
