At around 700B with breakfast in low season, I thought it was excellent value. The bedroom was large enough for three, and simple but clean. The location is fantastic, just steps from the temples and night market. Breakfast was the one downside, as it finishes at 9am while some hotels serve until 11.

The staff were very nice, and the rooms were clean and quiet. The hotel is new, two storeys, and tucked into a quiet corner in the middle of town, not far from Wat Phu min. My room had one double bed and one single bed for three people, plus a TV, air conditioning, a mini-bar with two bottles of water, two pairs of slippers that weren’t new but were clean, and an open clothes rail. The bathroom had a shower and amenities, but no toothbrush or toothpaste. Bikes are free for guests. Breakfast is self-service at Khum Muang MIn in the opposite building. Laundry was possible on request, and they did it for us when we needed new blouses washed for the next two days.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean. It’s a nice hotel in a central location. The Thai-style breakfast is served at its sister hotel across the road.

The beds are hard, but the rooms are nice and the hotel is good. There’s a good hot shower, and Thai breakfast was included in the price, with rice soup, bread, and fresh fruit.

It’s an easy walk from here to the night market and several tourist spots. The bed felt pretty hard, but otherwise the stay was good.
