Pim Pool Villa Nan

The morning views were beautiful, with mist rolling in and a chilly, cool feel that made the place seem magical. The hotel was clean, spacious, and well cared for, with no dust or worn-out feel. Breakfast had a decent selection, mostly Northern Thai dishes while we were there. Drinks were the usual coffee, tea, and juice, but freshly squeezed guava, pineapple, and orange juice were a great extra. Their welcome drink, pandan with blue butterfly pea, was refreshing and lightly fragrant. We were always glad to have it. The staff were friendly and attentive. One night my girlfriend had a dry throat, so I called reception to ask about medicine. They didn't have any, but sent honey, lime, and their signature pandan butterfly pea drink up to our room. That thoughtful gesture meant a lot. We arrived around 7pm, and I expected a quiet, self-check-in situation. Instead, someone was waiting in the driveway as soon as we pulled in. They helped carry all our bags to the assigned rooms, and check-in was smooth, warm, and efficient, with no waiting or confusion. It was a very good stay from beginning to end. I'll stay here again when I return to Nan.
