Nangrong Hotel

The night market and some breakfast stalls are just a minute's walk away, and there's free instant coffee in the morning. My room was clean and the service very friendly. They don't speak much English, unfortunately, but they try their best. You can rent motorbikes from a different guesthouse, California, and park them in the courtyard.

I booked at around 400 baht a night through Agoda deals, then ended up extending my first stay to three days. The hotel is in a convenient spot, was recently refurbished, and is clean and friendly. The rooms aren't huge, but they're really good, with new bedding, towels, fresh decor, and a clean wet-room bathroom with tiles I liked. There's no breakfast or mini fridge, but free tea and coffee in the morning, drinks for sale at fair prices, excellent Wi-Fi, and new air conditioning. Parking is squeezed in behind the hotel, but it works.

We stayed one night in this cozy small-town stop. It's very clean, and the glow-in-the-dark wall decals were a cute touch. They were accommodating about our late arrival and stayed up to make sure we could check in. They also offered free coffee in the morning.

My wife likes fancy, big, nearly luxurious rooms, and I don't really understand why when we're only there to sleep. We both liked this place, though. It has everything you need, and it isn't old or run down. Very good value, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
