Punnada Resort

Handy location, close to the bus station.

I had a good stay at this hotel.

I wouldn't recommend staying here. The housekeeper has a sharp tongue and argues with customers, contradicting whatever they ask. I recorded the interaction. I only did that because reviews had mentioned her sharp tongue, and I found those comments to be true. Think carefully before booking.

This was unacceptable, especially since our company stays here regularly. Yesterday, the housekeeper knocked very loudly when she came to collect payment for the room, as though she was angry, then told me to settle the bill and send it to the hotel owner. At 5:40 AM I returned the key and asked about breakfast, since I start work at 6:00 and didn't want to be late. She said no one had told her it began at 6:00. I said she had been told, but I was asking because of my work schedule. I offered to wait for breakfast either in my room or there, whichever she preferred. She spoke curtly and disrespectfully, then said, “Don't pressure me.” I had paid for the meal and wasn't asking to get it for free. Whether she's the housekeeper or the owner, that's no way to speak to customers. Terrible.
