They got back to me right away when I sent the payment slip, but not when I reported an issue with the room. I'm really fed up with being ignored about the problem.

The electricity bill shocked me. My own house has 3 air conditioners and costs less. Internet is offered through an app to attract new students at the start of the semester, then it disappears after a while. The warehouse across the road is noisy at night, too. The room is worn down but still usable, with air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a water heater. It's close to the university, a 7-Eleven, and nearby restaurants. The water comes from a well and isn't very clean, so it may not suit people with allergies. I bought a filter, and it turned black after just one shower. You have to be tough to live here.

I've lived here for almost a year, and the pigeons nesting under the ceiling make loud noise all day. Their droppings have even fallen into my room. I've reported it to the dorm 3-4 times, but nothing has improved. Anyone looking for a place near the university should consider somewhere else. I'm worried the tenant here is about to get bird flu.

The roof leaked on my first day and damaged my computer. It happened 2-3 times, and then the circuit breaker broke. I told the technician, who said to wait. How am I supposed to live like this? It's crazy, and my room isn't the only one with problems. Open your eyes, every room has issues. The owner should sort themselves out before renovating the building. If ownership changed and the mother stopped managing the place, maybe more people would move in. If you blame yourself, everyone else will be at fault. Anyone living here should move out quickly.
