Huaisai Hotel

We needed somewhere in the area for the New Year's Eve countdown at Oeimi Café, so I booked a stay. The four-person rooms were already full, so we took two neighboring twin rooms, B101/B102. They were surprisingly spacious and clean, with big bathrooms and connecting doors that made the two rooms feel like one large room. Parking right by the rooms made luggage easy to move. The mattresses were firm, not saggy, and the clean pillows and blankets were good quality and very comfortable. There were detailed signs explaining the light switches, appliances, and other things. It exceeded my expectations.

For 700 baht, the room had air conditioning, a single bed and a large bed, plus a 100 baht key deposit. The air conditioning was very cool, and the bed was very comfortable. It was spacious and clean, with a large clean bathroom, wardrobe with a full-length mirror, and power outlets everywhere, which I really liked since I've had to bring an extension cord elsewhere. There was a TV, kettle, coffee, soap, shampoo, and a water heater. No refrigerator, but that wasn't a problem for us. Parking was right in front of the room.

This was terrible and expensive. I checked in at 7 p.m. and couldn't sleep until 4 a.m. because the air conditioner couldn't be adjusted and only blew air without cooling. The refrigerator wasn't plugged in either.

The rooms were quite good, with everything included. I'd suggest checking room availability ahead of time. I didn't take any pictures. Once I got there, I showered, went to bed, and woke early to run errands. Staff are there 24 hours a day, and the sign is very prominent right on the main road. It was so quiet and peaceful that I slept soundly.
