The building itself was nice, but service needs to improve. They should keep towels organized and clean regularly. The location is quite a challenge. Maybe offering free transport would attract tourists.

Pathetic service. It wasn't clean, and they even put laundry in the lobby. Breakfast was a waste of money, and the staff weren't good either.

The room was filthy, with marks on the sheets and used shaving blades in the washroom. There were dirty spots all over the room, and it’s far from the city too. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

The room was okay, and at around 600 THB it was within budget. I’d still avoid it if you want to be near the beach: Pattaya Beach is far away, so you’ll need Grab or Bolt to get around. I also heard a few people had trouble checking in.

The room felt new and came with plenty of options for a good price. The staff were very good too. It’s right by the motorway, though, so there’s a lot of noise.
