The room smelled of cigarettes, and the sheets and floors were really dirty. It needs a thorough cleaning.

Paid 13 and 1,000 for cleaning, making 14,000.

There are Lotus Mini and 7-Eleven stores at the entrance, and the location is handy: 1.5 km to Walking Street and Laem Bali Hai Pier, 2 km to Pattaya Central Beach and Central Festival Pattaya, and 5-6 km to Jomtien Beach. The villa is spacious, clean, and private, with excellent service. I loved the comfortable bed and the cool, refreshing pool.
