The staff were all so kind and polite. I had a good stay here in Bangkok.

I really liked the atmosphere, especially how the vases and plants were arranged around the hotel. It all looked lovely and was great for photos. The lobby staff were welcoming, and my room felt simple but still luxurious. Breakfast didn't have a huge selection, though I found it satisfying and enough. There’s a small gym for weights and cardio, with free water and towels. I did lose track of where the gym and restaurant were and went back to the lobby to check, so clearer directions to facilities on each floor would help. Maybe I just missed the signs, though, sorry about that.

I stayed comfortably at this new Best Western near Don Muang International Airport in Bangkok. The room was nice, and the bed was great.

I liked the separate wet and dry sections in the bathroom, and the room itself was new and clean. The air conditioning was really cool, and everything was supplied, including a hairdryer and razor.
