I've stayed here before, and this was my second visit. On Fri, Nov 14th, between 12:00pm and 12:15pm, my girlfriend and I went to reception to ask for the room to be cleaned. FAH was extremely rude and threatening. She said disrespectfully that she'd already told my girlfriend guests had to request cleaning before 11AM. I then asked for clean towels, the two complimentary water bottles, and for the room garbage to be removed. She said the cleaner was busy, then pointed her pen at my face from across the counter while I was standing less than two feet away, speaking in a disrespectful, threatening way. I told her to put it down and not point fingers while speaking, especially a pen that could be used as a weapon. After that, she said she'd get what I asked for. As I was leaving the lobby, she said something in "Thai" under her breath to her colleagues. I told her I'd write a one-star review about the encounter. A male receptionist then brought the towel and water bottles. The hotel is inexpensive and clean, and most staff are friendly. FAH is the exception. Maybe she's the manager or otherwise in a position of power, but all paying customers who behave politely, as I believe I did, deserve basic respect, whether they look white or Asian. Owner or managing director, please check the security cameras for the time above. I'll follow up on multiple platforms and again when I check out tomorrow. Thank you for your attention. -TNP

The room had everything I needed, including a toothbrush, toothpaste and hair dryer. For the money, this hotel is very good. The location and service were good too. I picked it because it's so close to the bts and only 15 min from Impact Arena.

After around seven months of travelling in Thailand, this is literally the second best place I've stayed. The reception is open 24 hours, and I really liked everyone there. Their service is amazing, and they're always polite and sweet. The rooms are large and clean, with lots of natural light, a really big desk and a fridge, which are especially useful if you work online. It's very quiet, but far from everything. If you don't mind driving or taking the bus for around an hour to get to the action, it's a great place to stay. The price is also really good for what you get.

For USD 16, this was a comfortable, clean room near Bangkok and a good budget choice without giving up comfort. The room had a TV, AC and toiletries, among other things. It's a little outside Bangkok, though you can get there by subway. The trip to the center takes more than 1 hour by subway, considerably less by car or motorbike. In the morning they offer free cookies and coffee, which was a nice bonus. There's also an elevator, handy if you're carrying heavy luggage. The smart TV has the Netflix app, but in my room there was no Netflix account, so you need to use your own. My main complaints were the distance from central Bangkok and the slow checkout. They check the room before you leave, which takes a little longer than at other hotels, so leave some extra time if you're in a rush. You also pay a THB 500 security deposit in cash on the first day. They have a list of things they can charge for if damaged, which seems fair. Apart from those small issues, everything was great. I really enjoyed the room and would stay again if the price stays the same.
