The quiet setting was a real plus for us, even though the hotel is a little secluded. They make it easy to manage, with help ordering food, a shuttle, and laundry service. Breakfast was really good, too. Our room was roomy, nicely designed, and very comfortable, and the view absolutely lived up to Heaven View Krabi's name. The service was great the whole time, especially the kind, helpful receptionist who made us and our kids feel welcome. We'd happily come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Krabi.

Meenirat (Receptionist) made a lovely stay even better. She was sweet, cooperative, and ready to help with a warm smile whenever needed. Everything was well-maintained, the rooms were comfortable, and the atmosphere was pleasant. We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Heaven View Krabi from beginning to end. I'd definitely like to visit again, and highly recommend it for a comfortable, memorable stay.

Those old-feeling sheets and towels could use an upgrade to fit the quality of the room, and getting around takes some planning. The hotel is tucked away, with nothing much in walking distance, so you'll need a scooter or rental car, or spend a bit on Grab and Bolt. Still, it's close to Ao Nang Beach, about a 5-10 minute ride, and the quiet nights were a nice tradeoff. The balcony view was the trip's highlight for me, with turquoise sea and huge limestone cliffs spread out in front of it. The room was much bigger than an average hotel room, with a super cozy, high-quality bed and a large smart TV for Netflix after exploring. Staff were welcoming, and the à la carte breakfast was delicious, better than a standard buffet. I went to Heaven View Krabi for a peaceful escape, and the view and room comfort made it a gem for me. I'd stay again if I didn't mind renting a scooter or using ride-hailing apps.

Having private pool access made our stay especially relaxing. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, and the staff were warm, attentive, and quick to help. Maneerat and Sarah deserve a special thanks for the hospitality that made the stay memorable. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Krabi. It brought comfort, service, and a great overall experience together.

The calm, scenic feel made it easy to unwind and enjoy Krabi’s natural beauty. Hotel Heaven View Krabi was peaceful and beautifully kept, and our clean, spacious, well-equipped room made for a very comfortable stay. The place felt homey, too. Menirat at reception gave us a warm welcome and professional, helpful service. She was always smiling and ready to assist, which made the visit even nicer. I'd definitely stay again, and recommend it to anyone visiting Krabi who wants a comfortable place with great service and a beautiful property.
