The Heart of Pai Resort

A great base for seeing Pai, with everything close by. The rooms are clean and come with two bottles of water each day. There’s no pool or other facilities, just a reception area where they offer free coffee in the morning. Laundry is available too, easy to drop off and collect freshly washed. They charge by weight. We paid about 150 BHT for six undergarments, six T-shirts, six pairs of socks, jeans, and a few other things. It’s even cheaper in town, but this is a great spot.

The rooms are clean and nice, and the location is great aside from the noise. A restaurant with a live band right in front of the building played music late into the night, which really cut into the chance of getting a good sleep. I can’t understand why anyone would put a loud bar beside nice hotels. The video was taken at 23:30 (11:30 pm). It’s good value if you can put up with the music and don’t mind waiting. But if you want an early night and an early start, I’d look elsewhere.

Spotlessly clean, and great value in a convenient spot. The room and bathroom were seriously big, with a massive bed and quality linens and towels. Walking Street is an easy stroll away. There’s also a private balcony, nice lighting and furniture, and lovely modern buildings. Everything came together for a great stay.

A clean, well-kept hotel at a very reasonable price, not far from central Pai. There’s plenty of parking by each room, and the rooms have nice amenities. Everything worked.
