After breakfast or in the evening, I often walked the nearby forest path to a small White Buddha Temple. The host's dog would sometimes come along, and those walks felt peaceful and safe. I also loved having breakfast, drawing, and chatting with friends in the beautiful shared spaces. The kitchen had everything I needed and was kept really clean. My photos show the natural light there, without editing. The host and the cleaning lady were genuinely kind and treated me like family. They were thoughtful and always made sure I had what I needed. I was touched by how warm they were, and I'd recommend the place from the heart. There are AC rooms too if you need one. I spent two months calling my little bungalow home. When I first got to Pai, I rented a scooter and searched around in person because I needed to feel the energy of a place. The moment I turned off the main road onto the small lane by The Moon at Pai, with grassy fields, rice paddies, and a mountain in the distance, it clicked. My cute little room had a fan, mud walls, a private bathroom, and mosquito screens. I never felt hot inside from May to July, and nights were cool, even more so in winter. Cheers.

We walked into Pai without any trouble and enjoyed the rice fields along the way. The distance shouldn't put you off, though you can rent a bike and get into town quickly. It's a lovely place for anyone who wants peace and comfort. The owners are friendly and helpful, there are lots of cute dogs and cats around, and you can stretch out in a hammock listening to the birds. We'll definitely come back!

The coffee is really good, and the owners look after you so warmly that they make you feel like family. The Moon At Pai is an amazing, peaceful place, with a lovely view to wake up to. The rooms are spacious and very clean, each with a comfy hammock to relax in. Great value for the price in Pai. A little paradise.

We stayed three nights here, after spending one night somewhere else in the city, and came back. The resort was just awesome, with a great breakfast and a lovely morning soap from the Mother. The quiet view over rice fields, mountains, and Buddha was the best. It's a very nice, peaceful place, a little far from town, but really the best resort in Pai. Recommend!

Manas makes the best coffee in Pai, hands down. The hosts, Manas, Honey and Gan, are relaxed, kind and friendly, and by the time you leave they feel like family. We had dinners and breakfasts there, as well as evenings by the fire. It's a great find and brilliant value. The Moon @ Pai is a beautiful, peaceful spot surrounded by nature and mountain views. The earth bungalows are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds, hot showers and excellent Wifi.
