My stay was unpleasant, and considering all these problems, it was way overpriced. The resort had changed its contact number, so there was no way to reach them. I understand there’s no early check-in, but the staff had no service mind at all. The air-conditioned tent I stayed in was dirty, the shower drain was blocked, and there was no key or padlock. Its entrance was torn and the tent frame was rusty. Checkout took ages because the staff said the hair dryer was missing. There wasn’t one in the room in the first place, so I had to use the one I brought myself. I really wouldn’t recommend staying here. Find somewhere else.

We paid in advance for two tents, but only one was available. There was no apology or solution. We had to cancel the extra tent because of the mix-up, and even though we notified them promptly, they stonewalled our refund request. Their irresponsibility cost us money and our trust.

We ended up skipping this place because it felt much too expensive for somewhere so out of the way. I suspect they were charging foreigners more. We found another resort about 20 minutes away for half the price, and it was really nice.

On April 4, 2026, the power went out around 8:30 pm. The tent's AC was still running, but the lights were out. I may have touched something, and then one light started blinking, which felt creepy. There seemed to be nobody else at the hotel, so we decided to leave the tent. I got no refund and felt I'd wasted my money.

The room had the basics for a short break and was lovely, and the tent was well equipped. If you get cold easily, though, bring another blanket. There’s no breakfast or dinner served, and the place is a bit far from the main road, so I'd buy food before coming.
