Please think carefully before booking. The place felt scary, and there was nobody at the hotel. A security guard had to come over from the Golden Hotel to take me to my room. 🥺 Room 9’s air conditioning didn’t cool at all. The driver first said it was only some rooms, but ours wasn’t cool either. I’d been working outdoors all day in the heat and was close to fainting. I just wanted to sleep somewhere cool, but I was sweating instead. I couldn’t get hold of anyone. I called all three numbers posted outside the hotel, and nobody answered. The guard had already gone back to the Golden Hotel. I hadn’t driven myself; I’d come with the staff, and nobody had returned. I ended up crying on the floor in front of the bathroom, sitting right by the air conditioner to catch the faint cool breeze. Anywhere else in the room was too hot, and I couldn’t even move over to lie on the bed. There was no real cool air. Why does life have to be like this? 🥺🥺🥺 ❌❌❌❌❌ Edited post for the third time. I’ve changed hotels now. On my way out, I saw people sitting, smoking, and talking, so I asked if their room was cool. They just laughed. 😡 In short, none of the rooms had cool air conditioning!!!!! It was terrible. 😡😡 They knew the air conditioning wasn’t cooling, but weren’t going to fix it? Not one room was cool. Terrible.

For 600, the price is very cheap for this area. The room was quiet, clean, and not musty, although the interior was old. The appliances, AC, TV, and water heater were also old but still worked well. Parking is limited. It’s suitable for no more than 2 people, or for a night before traveling the next day. Not a good choice for a large family.

You stay in an alley near the Mu Si intersection, but check-in and check-out are handled at the Golden Gold Hotel. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and peaceful, with a good set of amenities and parking close by. It’s a budget-friendly, good-value place to stay in Khao Yai.

The room was dirty, musty, and damp. The toilet was clogged, and they said they’d leave drinking water but didn’t bring any until I asked. I can accept an old room, but not that level of dirt. The sheets and blankets hadn’t been changed even though I’d slept in them for several nights. The holiday-season price was far too high for such terrible service. I’m completely fed up and will never stay with them again.
