Botanic Service Room @Impact Muang Thong Thani

The room was clean and comfortable for our one-night stay, but the extra charges added up. The booking included breakfast for two, and with two adults and two children we paid 300 THB for an extra bed and 139 THB for a child's breakfast. Dogs are allowed too, though bringing one costs 500 THB, more than the extra charges for the children. With those fees and the room price, it felt expensive for a place without shared facilities, a pool, or room to walk around.

The staff were friendly, but there were ants and other insects all over the room, which made it really uncomfortable. Cleanliness needs a lot of work. I was itching all over.

I woke up itchy with an allergic rash, and I saw guests bringing dogs, so the cleaning may need to be especially careful. For the price, I wasn't impressed. My friend picked this place because it was next to the restaurant we planned to visit, but the room was small and noisy. I could hear workers and maids cleaning and chatting. The bed was flat and much less comfortable than it looked in the photos. I was starving but could barely eat breakfast because the ketchup and chili sauce smelled rancid. I wondered if the bottles had been changed or cleaned properly before refilling. An older female staff member was unfriendly, the food looked poor, and they got my order wrong.

The room is small and seemed fairly clean at first. Then I lifted the sheet and found two dirty black spots.
