I’ve stayed here three times. My latest visit was December 31, 2025 to January 3, 2026. It’s affordable, usually starting at 400-600 baht, though prices were a bit higher over New Year. The owner said rates start at 350 baht outside peak season. The building is close to the main road, easy to get around from, and has a very large parking lot. If you want to book, calling or driving there is faster than using an app. I’m not fussy about accommodation since I just sleep there and go sightseeing during the day. The rooms are adequate, but the beds aren’t as soft as hotel beds, and the amenities are a little old because the place has been open for a while. The bathroom is clean with hot water, and they provide bottled water, toilet paper, and soap each day. If you want soft beds and brand-new luxury rooms, this may not be for you. If those things don’t bother you, it’s a good option. I recommend it. My ratings: room 4/5, amenities 5/5, transport 5/5, service 5/5, price 5/5 for being affordable and reasonable.

A good fit for budget-conscious travelers, with plenty of change left from a purple Thai baht banknote, especially handy for those on sale. The rooms aren’t pristine, but they’re reasonable for the price. The newly renovated rooms are nice, and the towels smell great.

I came back after staying here a long time ago, so this was my second visit. The rooms are spacious and nice, and the price is affordable. I booked a night, then added three more nights for the long weekend. 😅😅 When I called at 10 am to book, the female staff member said there wasn't a room ready yet and she wasn't sure one would be available. She said she'd wait for guests to check out and call around 12:30 pm, but I didn't hear from her then. A male staff member called at 9:47 pm to say a room was available. 😬😔 I thanked him and said I'd already found a room. He replied, “It's alright, I'll sell the room to someone else.” 😌 After thinking it over, I called to cancel my three-night long-weekend booking. That's how it ended. 😆😆
