The Pink Line monorail makes the location convenient, and I'd return if I had business nearby. The room was clean, cozy, and nicely decorated. The bathroom could use a shelf or rack, since otherwise your things have to sit on the wet floor. Also, the hot water turns cold after about a minute. The housekeeping team really impressed me. They cleaned carefully without disturbing my personal items and put everything back where it had been. The security staff were helpful and informative too. Great people make this hotel. Five stars for the staff, especially housekeeping. I hope management takes good care of them.

The location is very convenient, right in front of the BTS station, with a 7-Eleven across the street. It's two stops from Impact Challenger Hall and one from the nearest mall. The room itself was clean and nice, and the security staff were friendly and helpful. My two stars for service are only for them. I didn't get a hello or thank you from anyone else, and would trust the security team to do reception better. There were few guests during my two-night stay. A heavy machinery vehicle office and parking area next door meant my window looked out at a lot of workers. About three minutes after checking in, I asked reception for a higher-floor room so I could have more privacy. The roller blind had to stay closed because people could see into my lower-floor room. The receptionist coldly refused, saying, "you have used the room," even though I hadn't touched anything. Later I found the shower had no hot water. By then I was too disappointed to bring it up, so I put up with it.

The hotel itself is good, but the receptionist should answer questions more politely. Sighing and acting tired leaves a bad impression. Staff see customers all day, but each customer may only see them once. Reception is the hotel's face, and service like that can stop people from coming back.

A new, very clean place with comfortable rooms and friendly service. It worked perfectly for my airport layover, with a convenient location nearby and excellent value for a short stay. Highly recommended.
