S4U Office & Hotel

The bald night shift security guard should get up from the desk and show residents where to park so they know what to do. Sitting cross-legged, pointing and shouting is no way to explain it. After the car is parked and you're on your way upstairs, he runs over yelling for you to move it again. His manners were really appalling.

The building's entry gate and modern security system are great, and I feel good about how secure they are. My room has no balcony for drying clothes, though, and with just one dryer there's sometimes a queue. I'd suggest adding another dryer or getting a bigger one so more clothes can dry fully at once. Thank you.

I wasn't drunk. I came to do business at the S4U building, and didn't know I couldn't park inside this time since I was able to last time. The guard explained it politely, so I understood, and he didn't use bad words. In general, though, the security guards don't speak very well and should improve. If you ask nicely, they chase you away like a dog. I don't understand why they keep hiring big, fat people.

The building staff are lovely and very helpful, and the security system is excellent.
