A really cute, clean place to stay.

For 500 THB, I stayed from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM in December 2022. The rooms are clean and inexpensive, with good value for the price. Mine had a TV, air conditioning, refrigerator and microwave, though there were very few plates and utensils. There was also a table on the balcony for eating. Some upstairs rooms have balconies, but there aren’t many, so call ahead to see if one is available. The owner is very friendly and kind. This is U-Sa Bay Accommodation.

There’s no parking lot, so if you’re driving, let the accommodation know in advance to arrange or reserve a space. Getting around without your own car may be inconvenient, though there’s a small shop at the entrance to the soi, an evening market nearby, and Central Chaengwattana and Big C close by for food and shopping. Impact Arena is only about 5-10 minutes away, making this a handy option for concerts or exhibitions there. The room is decent for the price and the air conditioner works well, but sounds from next door, including footsteps and doors, come through. I also felt itchy lying on the bed, as if there might be dust mites, and there’s no water heater. The owner and staff were very kind and welcoming. The price felt reasonable, and if I have work at Impact Arena and bring my car, I’d probably stay here again.

The owner is kind and easy to talk to, and the room has a microwave and refrigerator. At 500 baht a night, it’s very good value. It was clean, the air conditioning was cool, and I don’t think you’ll be disappointed for the price. I’d recommend giving it a try.
