The location is very close to the market, and it’s quiet enough to sleep well. The staff are helpful and the place is basic but good. It would be nice to have somewhere to sit and eat, and a bit more storage space.

The owner was so warm and helpful, including with recommendations for places to eat nearby. It’s a cosy, homely spot, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple, with bananas, fried fritters, and a hard-boiled egg. Hope I can come back soon! :D

Sai Kaew beach is an easy drive away, and a lovely place for a quiet afternoon under the trees on the sand, without Pattaya’s YOBO drunk tourists. The village itself has a laundromat, night market, 7 eleven, and even a Mr DiY, all within about 50 metres of these clean little self contained room apartments. There are a few small bars that look a bit sad for late night drinking. If that’s what you’re after, GO to Pattaya and don’t wreck this place.
