Costa Beach Residence and Jacuzzi

We really appreciated how warmly the team welcomed our dog. Costa Village Bangsaray is pet-friendly, which was a big plus for our family. We were there for my dad's birthday, and the staff made it special with a beautifully decorated room and a complimentary cake. Our family room was spacious, cozy, and really cute, with lovely decor. It felt like a little home by the beach. Thanks to the staff for being so kind and thoughtful. We'd definitely return.

The rooftop pool area was a letdown. There were plenty of staff sitting downstairs, but no one up there, so it was dirty. Pigeon droppings covered the sunbeds, poolside area, and railings. The rooms themselves are nice, the beds comfortable, and the staff friendly and helpful.

It's quiet here, surrounded by nature and away from everyone. The rooms were clean and looked after, though the jacuzzi seemed a bit old and worn, so I didn't use it. Pattaya and the city center are about 20 minutes away. A taxi through Bolt or Grab costs from 200 baht. Food choices nearby are limited, so you'll need to order from one or two beach restaurants close by, or use Grab.

The hotel staff were all nice and helpful, but please don't pay for breakfast. It was the worst breakfast experience I've had. The food is handled by another company, and the pork rice soup was far too sweet, with only two tiny bits of minced pork. We went elsewhere for breakfast.
