At Tabebbuia House, Joe and B made me feel like family from my first day. Their warmth and generosity turned the stay into something much more personal than just accommodation. The house is beautiful, quiet, comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. After exploring the islands or working remotely, it’s an easy place to settle into and relax. Joe and B were caring in a way that felt natural, whether they were sharing recommendations, checking that things were going well, or having a meaningful conversation. Saying goodbye felt like leaving family, and I’ll miss them, the house, and the warmth they gave me every day. For digital nomads, it’s a supportive, reliable and peaceful base, with an inspiring balance between work and island life. I’m grateful for my time there. If you want a home away from home, this is it.

Tabebuia Hotel feels like a hidden gem, full of thoughtful touches and care. From the design to the smaller details, the place has a warm, homely feeling that makes you feel welcome. Khun Joo and his wife Bee are kind, attentive hosts whose hospitality made the stay personal and heartfelt. It’s a lovely choice if you’re looking for comfort, warmth, and a meaningful stay that feels like home.

It’s just a short walk to the beach, and the free bicycles make it easy to explore the area or cycle along the coast. Tabebuia House has a relaxed, creative feel, with a striking piano bar, a front yard, and an airy library in the common areas. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with modern bathrooms, air conditioning, and balconies where you can catch the breeze. It feels more like a home than a hotel, and you can tell they’ve put thought into making guests feel welcome.

I stayed two nights at this hidden jazz pub in Chumporn. The design is cool, the owner is so nice, and I recommend the breads and Pad Thai.
