The staff were amazingly helpful and polite. Great hotel, with nightlife and the beach both nearby. I’d definitely recommend it.

SCAM. There was no information that the road around Bangla closes from 6pm onward, so you have to walk. We also tried to cancel through Agoda, which said we could request free cancellation, but the hotel wouldn’t approve it. BEWARE!

A good base for a visit to Bangla walking street, close to the action but clean, safe, and an easy short walk away from the madness of the strip. The staff were friendly. The food was good, though a little pricey compared with the options nearby. It suited exactly what we wanted to do.

The penthouse suite was huge, with a microwave and oven combo, full-size fridge, utensils, and dishes. It also had blue LED accent lighting, a lovely full bathroom with a jacuzzi, and a comfortable bed. Upstairs, there’s a restaurant, pool, and jacuzzi, and I’d recommend going up for a morning swim or sunset dinner. The hotel is a stone’s throw from Bangla road. I only found it after the Phuket hotel I’d booked turned out to be terrible, so I walked around looking for somewhere with space. They had the suite available for all 10 days of my stay, and the staff helped me check rooms, book the last-minute change, get pointed in the right direction, and arrange other things. I’d absolutely come back if I get to visit Phuket again.
