We loved the pool, especially that water view and sunset spot, and the gym was phenomenal too. It didn’t get too crowded and had lots of clean equipment. Breakfast was great, the rooms had lovely balconies, and the hotel is well located for the beach. Jig and Mew at the coffee bar were the real highlight. We had to work late a couple of nights, and they were so kind and accommodating. They made us feel comfortable and welcome, and took the stress out of finding somewhere to work. We had an amazing time. The hotel was lovely, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Patong.

Mew deserves special mention for how well she looked after me. Her service was the best I’ve ever received at a hotel: kind, attentive, professional, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. She made me feel welcome and cared for throughout my stay. Zenseana Resort and Spa is modern, comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and it feels pretty new. The location is very convenient for getting around. I had an amazing stay and would definitely return. Highly recommend it, especially thanks to Mew.

The welcome mocktails and breakfast buffet were nice touches, and the staff were warm, friendly, and helpful. We found both the room and hotel clean and tidy, despite seeing mixed reviews, and daily room cleaning was done promptly. The Wi-Fi was poor and affected the TV as well. The air conditioning was faulty, but staff fixed it after we let them know. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay without major problems. The beach, 7/11, and massage places are a short walk away. Central area takes a bit longer, perhaps 10-15 minutes, though the heat makes it feel further.

I was very satisfied with the hotel. The staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help. The breakfast was filling, delicious, and had plenty to eat, though I’d have liked more choice in the main dishes, with those changing at least every two days. My room felt spacious, with a lovely balcony and A/C that cooled it well. The bed was so big that four adults could lie side by side. People mention the bathroom being visible from the bedroom and its door not closing fully, but in my room that area was well separated and you couldn’t see inside the bathroom. Water pressure was excellent too. The corridors and reception don’t have air conditioning, but that wasn’t a serious issue. The hotel is a five-minute walk from the beach, with nice restaurants uphill and all the necessary shops nearby.

Jig really stood out among the helpful bellboys. We felt warmly welcomed, and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was great, and dinner at the Nedito restaurant was just as good. We tried the Saturday night street food concept and came back for dinner tonight, with nothing to complain about. Zenseana is the best hotel around here.
