I was very comfortable here over my 10-day stay. The hotel area is pleasant and convenient, and my room stayed great and clean. Service was excellent: towels changed each day, the sheets changed three times, and bathroom supplies replenished daily. What spoiled the impression was my earrings going missing from the bedside table. I told reception, and they said they'd ask the maid. She denied taking them, and I was told to check my belongings. I know I left them there. They weren't gold, but they meant a lot to me. It's a real shame this happened. Without it, I'd have given five stars.

Aim House was a very convenient base for exploring Phuket, close to everything I needed. My room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, and the staff were professional, friendly, and welcoming. Housekeeping came daily and paid close attention to detail. They also left bottled water, shampoo, and even ear cleaners for free each day. Service, cleanliness, and convenience were all better than I expected, and I'd highly recommend Aim House to anyone visiting Phuket.

We felt at ease during our stay, and the attractions were very close. The room was kept very clean, with daily cleaning, and the staff were friendly. Our plug types didn't fit the outlets, so they gave us multiplugs. We also felt comfortable leaving our valuables in the room.

A simple, nice place with good staff. The bathroom could've been cleaner, but it was fine. It's a bit far from the beach, and that also makes it quiet.
