I’m sorry to the owner, but I have to tell the truth: we couldn’t stay more than 20 minutes. The place was hard to reach, and nobody would agree to take us there or pick us up. It was very dirty and smelled bad, with hair and dust everywhere. There was an open beer in the closet, plus condoms and medicine in the rooms. The toilet water wasn’t clean and smelled, and there were many other problems I don’t have time to list. We contacted the owner and asked to check out, and thankfully she cooperated and returned our deposit. It was my friend’s birthday, and we’d hoped to enjoy the pool. They ruined it. 💔💔 I don’t recommend booking here. I should have paid attention to the reviews first. This felt like a total scam.

The staff who welcomed us, Tanny and her assistant, were wonderful. Everything else left us feeling trapped. After a week, we rented a room at a hotel in Patong instead. Getting around was a constant problem. Four of five taxis wouldn’t pick us up or drop us off, and the 500-meter slope to the condo was incredibly steep and dangerous. It was almost impossible to climb except on foot. When we did find a decent driver, they either left us at the top or charged double. We couldn’t go out by day or evening without wondering if we’d find a ride back. The villas aren’t on the beach, despite what’s written. It’s a 30-minute trek each way, not a five-minute walk. We had booked the first villa for five weeks. Villa number six was a disaster and we couldn’t manage more than 24 hours there. We were moved to villa number one for 48 hours, then packed up again for villa number zero, which was much better. I should have read the earlier reviews. Too good to be true, and in the end it felt like a tourist trap.

We left after one night, even though we’d paid for three, and the owners offered no refund. The photos in the adverts were totally misleading. There were cockroaches everywhere, mould on the walls, unpleasant smells in the bathrooms, and doors that wouldn’t lock. Getting there by car was extremely difficult, and the furniture was old and broken. The list goes on, and I can share hundreds of pictures. Please don’t book here, you’ll be very unhappy.

We loved our stay in the villas. The view was amazing, and our villa was clean and tidy, with generously sized rooms. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
