We enjoyed how private and peaceful it felt, with nature around even though it's in Patong. The view in Patong was nice, and the host was very friendly.

The villa has a stunning balcony view and is in a quiet spot. We rented it with friends, and there was enough parking for everyone. It's up a hill, so getting there on foot is a bit of a climb without a bike or car. The owner let us use the grill, which was convenient and inexpensive, and good meat is available nearby at Makro. There are lots of restaurants and massage parlors along the streets, and the beach is a quick, easy ride by bike. I'd recommend it if you're renting a vehicle, since otherwise you'll spend a lot of time walking.
