We stayed four nights around Christmas and got a small gift at the lobby after a lottery draw. Staff were very nice and helpful. They cleaned the rooms every day, and the hotel and pool area several times throughout the day. If we asked, they brought free water and coffee to the room. Toothbrushes, razors, and combs were free from the lobby, and the minibar contents were free when we checked in. The room was nice and clean, with two key cards. I loved the roof shower, though my girlfriend thought the pressure was poor. Breakfast was good and varied. The pool area was nice and the gym was okay. The pool was a little small and didn’t have a bar, but that didn’t bother us. Two 7/1l:s were right outside, which we appreciated. The location worked well for Patong. It wasn’t next to the beach, about a 10-minute walk, but close to everything important. There was a food market and a muay Thai boxing arena right outside, and Bungle road was about a five-minute walk along a busy street full of shops and stands.

The location made it easy to get around, with the main attractions nearby, and the service stayed friendly and professional. The rooms could use better sound insulation, since some noise came through, and the breakfast buffet had limited options. Even so, I had a very pleasant stay overall.

The staff were so kind and helpful, the rooms were clean, and breakfast was tasty. There’s a pool on the rooftop. Thanks for making our stay in Phuket so memorable. We’ll definitely come back to this hotel again and again. Special thanks to the lady selling tours in the hotel lobby. I bought all our tours from her. They were cheaper than online, and she explained everything clearly and helped us out. Hope to see you again soon. 🙏

Great service and nice staff. It’s five minutes from the main bar strip, close enough to get there but far enough away that it doesn’t disturb you. The seafront and beach are a nine-minute walk, and there are lots of shops and places to eat nearby. I’d recommend it.

The pool, gym, and restaurant were all great to have, and the food was delicious. The hotel is also close to the main attractions, so getting around was easy. My room was spotless and nicely decorated, with everything I needed, and the bed was so comfortable I slept really well every night. From arrival, the staff made me feel at home with their warm, attentive service. The whole place had a lovely atmosphere and everything felt thoughtfully handled. I had a fantastic stay and can't wait to return 🥹❤️❤️
