That little rooftop pool was perfect for a quick cool-down after a hot, tiring day. My sixth-floor room was roomy and had a nice view, and they left two bottles of water in it each day. The crew were really kind and cooperative. The location worked well for the beach and shops, with plenty of restaurants close by. Good value for the money. The mattress was on the hard side, though, and check-in meant waiting until 2 pm.

Pui looked after us during our 9-night stay, and the rooms were tidy and just what you'd expect at that price. Everyone on staff was friendly and respectful. Our group had a few loud nights, but Pui still sent us off with free cokes and hugs 🥲 It was my first time leaving Australia, and kind people like her made it really memorable ❤️

We found a great breakfast place right across from the hotel, and hotel guests get 5% off. The laundry service was quick and efficient too. Patong Beach and the night market are both within walking distance. The pool looked lovely and refreshing, though we didn't have time to use it.

Really good value for a clean, well-kept little hotel. The beach is about 3 minutes away, and Bangla Road is a 10-minute walk. The beds are a bit hard, so it takes some getting used to.

I won't stay here again. The hotel was very run down, and when I had an issue, the reception staff were rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. There was one lovely cleaner, but the rest of the staff were very rude. It's not much to ask for basic kindness when guests are paying.
