For the price, this was the best hotel I've stayed in. The rooms were spacious and clean, though our friends' room smelled a little like chlorine. The girl who welcomed us was very kind. Thank you!

There was plenty of space in the rooms, and they had all the amenities needed. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Patong.

The guest house is a short walk from things: around four minutes to a nice little market and about ten minutes to the beach. The man who checked us in was welcoming and pleasant, and the room was big enough. We had no hot water in the shower during our two-night stay. We reported it by email in the evening and again in person the next morning, but nobody came to fix it. There was no housekeeping either. The room was dirty, with stained sheets and walls, and the bed sagged partly toward the floor and was uncomfortable. I only took photos of the sheets, unfortunately. The place is right by the road, so it was loud day and night. Sorry, but I wouldn't recommend it.

I've been staying here for about two months and am very pleased with the apartments, the location, and the owner. The surroundings are quiet, and the rooms are clean, with housekeeping, a swimming pool, A/C, and more. There's laundry across the street, plus a few bars and a massage shop. It's a few minutes by car from central Patong, Bangla, Patong Beach, and other spots. You can rent a bike about 50 meters away, or find a TukTuk or taxi nearby. The only drawback I can think of is that there's no 7/11 within walking distance. If I need something, the bike ride is about a minute, so it's a minor issue.
