The room had an unpleasant smell the whole time, and the property is old and poorly kept. The floor was so noisy underfoot, too. The bigger problem came after checkout. We realized at the airport, about an hour away, that we'd left a handbag behind. We called several times, and staff told us clearly it wasn't there. We trusted what they said and took a taxi back, only to find the bag at the hotel. Their careless, inaccurate response meant we missed our flight and lost money, on top of all the stress. The service felt irresponsible and disorganized. I can't recommend this hotel, especially if you expect professional service, decent upkeep, or basic help as a guest.

What made our Thailand stay so memorable was how well the staff looked after us. They were kind, knowledgeable, and attentive whenever we needed advice on food, excursions, or places to see. From the moment we arrived, they helped with our luggage and showed us around the property. We felt welcome and cared for throughout, and everything was well organized. I'd happily recommend this resort for a relaxing vacation.

The team at Baan Yin Dee made a great impression, they were friendly, caring, and always helpful. We also enjoyed the dinner specials during happy hour, including buy-one-get-one cocktails, and the complimentary shuttle into Patong. It's a beautiful resort tucked into a quiet, peaceful spot with a view over Patong Beach. I'd definitely recommend it.

We had a great honeymoon here and really enjoyed the culture. The rooms are spacious, and Patong Beach is less than two minutes away. The massages were wonderful, and you get discounts on any services you book through the hotel. The front desk was helpful at all hours. We also appreciated the free breakfast, especially when we had an early excursion. The staff packed it to go, and the amenities were always available. Completely recommend.

Breakfast is worth including with your room, there was lots of tasty food to choose from. The restaurant was great too, with plenty of good, fresh food that felt safe to eat. It's a cozy, pleasant retreat. The staff were kind and helpful, and the rooms were cleaned every day. We didn't see any snakes, geckos, or anything like that, so it felt very safe. 🤌🤗💪😇
