6/10
There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets close by, and the hostel is about 10 minutes from the busy streets of Patong and the Mall. The room was small, and this is a very basic place, though fine for a short stay. Reception wasn't much help and barely spoke English.

The rooms are nice, but the street-facing side gets extremely noisy. Management seemed nonexistent.
