Most of the staff were helpful, but Porn was shockingly rude and unprofessional. He raised his voice and showed no respect. He didn’t seem very capable or smart, and I had to repeat things several times to make sure he understood. I also found the charge for a friend visiting a guest completely unacceptable and exploitative. That policy should be made clear beforehand. The hotel itself is nice, but it’s far from the beach and main road, so I wouldn’t recommend it for the location unless there’s no better option. I’m not sure I’d recommend staying here.

I’ve never stayed at a worse hotel. No one greeted us when we arrived, and during the rest of our stay they never greeted us or even looked our way. They asked for a 1000 Baht deposit. I wanted to pay by card so I wouldn’t have to deal with exchanging 1000 Baht back on departure, but we had a long discussion because they preferred cash. I paid by card anyway. At checkout, they insisted on returning the deposit in cash, even after I explained I didn’t want that. They also kept part of the 1000 Baht, claiming a towel was dirty and would take too much effort to clean. It was a normal white shower towel with ordinary signs of use. Unbelievable, and I can’t recommend this place.

We honestly enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, with a lovely big balcony, and the location was great. Staff were friendly and helpful, although some of the hotel rules felt a little strict. Still, it was a pretty good experience.

The water was hot only sometimes, and the room could get really hot because reception kept our key so we couldn't leave the AC running. There was a lot of noise, too, and you could hear everything from outside. Also, if you want a friend to come up to your room, you have to pay. A very, very bad hotel.
