We were exhausted after our 18-hour flight from England, landing in Phuket at 10 a.m. Our plan was to leave our bags at the hotel and wait until the 2 p.m. check-in, but Mrs. Gaukhar at reception made things much easier. She's calm, friendly, speaks fluent English, and was ready to help. She took our reservation number, sat us at a table with cold juice while she checked our documents and waited for confirmation, then came back about ten minutes later to say our room was ready. We could go up and rest far earlier than expected, which made the holiday start perfectly. The room was spotless and smelled lovely. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom had everything we needed: a great shower, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and soft towels. During the stay they changed the beds daily, gave us clean, soft towels, and washed the room. The dining room was clean too, hygiene was perfect, and breakfast was very rich. The swimming pool was also very clean, and the hotel had every facility we could want. I've stayed in many hotels on family holidays, but this one gets ten stars from me. Everyone on staff was friendly, polite, and always willing to help. I've already planned my next holiday and can't wait to stay here again. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was lovely and clean, and Ing at reception was friendly and helpful. We were very happy and will definitely come back.

We had an early flight on checkout day and were already running late. One of us went downstairs to handle checkout while I finished up in the room, but the hotel wouldn't let the process go ahead until both of us had left. They called me and told me to get out, which felt disrespectful and delayed us further on the way to the airport. For the price, the place was very average, and I didn't like the area. It felt a bit shady, and as two women we felt unsafe. There were more men around, and I wasn't comfortable with the other guests either. I wouldn't recommend it to girls, and I won't be coming back.

The beach is only about ten minutes away, and the hotel was very good. Receptionists Wan and Ing were helpful and always greeted us with a smile.

I've stayed in three hotels in Patong, and this one's easily the best I've tried in Phuket. The service is impeccable. I booked the wrong date by mistake, but Tun at the front desk helped me at 1 a.m., called Agoda, and made sure everything was sorted out. If you're Indian and coming to Patong, I'd always recommend this hotel. Others might look nicer, but they can't match its service.
