The room was roomy and the beds were comfy, with basic amenities provided. We could hear a lot of noise from outside because the soundproofing was poor, and our bidet didn't work properly. Everything else was okay. One more thing, the hotel is right next to a marijuana dealer shop, so if your balcony is beside it, you may smell weed smoke outside.

The staff were kind and made an effort, which we appreciated since we mainly booked this place for its location and didn't expect much. My wife and I were here for two nights on our honeymoon, but we barely slept. The hotel is open, so every sound carries into the rooms. We booked the morning instead of the night before because of an early flight, hoping to get an extra night and enjoy Patong. Huge mistake. After about 30 minutes of sleep, there was noise all night: screaming, threats to call police, police, then loud, rude guests. There's a weed smell around the clock, and the hotel never enforced its no weed policy. I wouldn't stay here with a family. Staff were great, but quiet hours and guest rules need to be enforced much more strictly.

For a low budget hotel, the location is amazing, and the rooms and staff are great for its category. It's run by a big hotel chain. Thank you, SUKHI & May.

The price feels fair, and I really like the room. It's clean, and the reception staff are friendly.
